Adopted Salary Ordinance relating to compensation of employees authorizing a differential for employees represented by the CPOA when assigned to an adult facility where criminally charged persons are confined or when assigned administrative duties.

On September 13, 2022, the Board of Supervisors adopted Salary Ordinance No. NS-5.23.27, an Ordinance amending Santa Clara County Salary Ordinance No. NS-5.23 relating to compensation of employees adding Footnote Nos. 264 and 265 authorizing a differential of approximately 11 percent for all employees represented by the Correctional Peace Officers’ Association when assigned to an adult facility where criminally charged persons are confined or when assigned administrative duties.
