On December 18, 2018 (Item No. 40), the Board approved a delegation of authority which required the County Executive, or designee, to pay a stipend in an amount not to exceed $200,000 per agreement to qualifying unsuccessful proposers of the Design-Build solicitation for the New Main Jail South Project. The delegation of authority expired on December 31, 2020. Due to the expiration of the delegation of authority, this agreement is being brought to the Board for approval.
