There is an impact to the General Fund as a result of approving the recommended action. Upon approval of the recommended action, one-time funding in the amount of $500,000 from the Assembly Bill (AB) 109 Reserve Fund Balance is being transferred to the General Fund for this service. The AB 109 Reserve Fund Balance has sufficient funding to fulfill the requirements within the Agreement.
