The County of Santa Clara Ordinance Code, Sections A20-61 through A20-66, establishes OCLEM and the duties of the Office. The Agreement with OIR Group sets forth the duties of the Office in greater detail, identifies the Chairperson of PSJC as the Contract Liaison, and provides for the development of annual Board-approved work plans, reporting, and performance standards.
