Brian Darrow, Program Manager, Office of the County Executive, advised that the Committee is to provide narrative feedback rather than ranking or scoring proposals. He recommended the Committee discuss strengths, weaknesses or any other factors the Board of Supervisors could consider, including further inquiries the Board could make. Mr. Darrow reminded the Committee that the scope of work in each RFP is to be considered. He reported that each proposal on the agenda is listed as a sub-item to facilitate substantive discussion.
