The Public Safety and Justice Committee (PSJC) requests annual reports from the ACOO. The SOCD has reviewed the 2018 Annual Report (SOCD response attached) and is working with the ACOO on an ongoing basis, where appropriate, to further review and address report implications. The ACOO functions as a primary source of complaint redress for the SOCD as to case-specific issues.
