On September 19, 2023, the Board of Supervisors adopted Ordinance No. NS-300.976, amending Sections A20-8 and A20-9 of Chapter I of Division A20 of the County of Santa Clara Ordinance Code relating to adoption of the Office of the Sheriff’s Military Equipment Use Policy.
