The recommended actions would approve contracts with Family and Children Services, CADS, Inc., LifeMoves, and Pathway Society, Inc. These agencies were selected to receive funding to ensure county-wide provision of services, including geographic coverage, and language capability. These contracts would provide substance use treatment and transition services at Santa Clara County’s Main Jail and Elmwood Correctional Facility (collectively, County jails); as well as outpatient services and THUs for adult inmates leaving County jails.
