Approval of Amendment with Aramark Correctional Services, LLC, relating to providing inmate commissary services, extending the Agreement for a 24-month period

Commissary services in the jails provide inmates the opportunity to purchase products such as hygiene items, snacks, and writing instruments.  The term of the current Aramark commissary contract ends on June 30, 2017.  Approval of the recommended action will allow Aramark to continue providing inmate commissary services in the jails for an additional two years, through June 30, 2019.
