During the pre-construction site meeting for the Elmwood Kitchen Hood Renovation project it was discovered that the interstice area of work above the kitchen had been breached and contaminated with rodent excrement. Health factors dictated that an environmental company remove all contaminants, incapsulate the area during construction, spray vermin repellant, and monitor conditions during the construction phase.
