The Office of Reentry Services submitted this agreement to the Board of Supervisors for approval on March 20, 2018 (Item #60). Following Board action, staff discovered that portions of the agreement (exhibits) were missing from the materials provided to the Board of Supervisors and the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) made minor adjustments to the agreement previously submitted. The Day Reporting Center Agreement reflecting these minor adjustment is now being resubmitted to ensure review and approval of a completed agreement.
