There is no new impact to the General Fund as a result of the Recommended Action, since the funding for the Agreement is already included in the Office of the County Executive’s FY2016-2017 Approved Budget and 2017-18 Recommended Budget. The stated cost listed under ‘Recommended Action’ includes a one-time cost for Professional Services ($2,745,425), a one-time fee for the acquisition of a perpetual license ($1,199,540) and recurring costs paid on an annual basis. The recurring costs include an annual software assurance fee paid to Tribridge over four years, starting in year two ($271,000 per year). At the end of the 5th year of the contract, the County could renew for an additional support term with Tribridge. The County also has the option to continue to use the product beyond the contract term with no further payments made to Tribridge Holdings, LLC.
