There is no adverse impact to the County General Fund associated with the approval of the recommended action. On September 29, 2015 the Board of Supervisors approved the appropriation modification transfer of $1,800,000 from the Public Safety Realignment Assembly Bill (AB) 109 Trust Fund. These services are funded by the Public Safety Realignment AB 109 Trust Fund.
