The Amendment to the Agreement with Tribridge Holdings, LLC. will add crucial functionality to the planned Jail Management System (JMS). The additional functionality will replace and/or enhance several antiquated systems currently in use including:

1. Visitation and grievance management
2. Tracking of inmate use of facilities and resources in the jails
3. Interfaces to the State’s COPLINK system and the District Attorney’s CYBERLAW system to allow information sharing
