The recommended action adds the Director, Custody Behavioral Health Services position. The cost to implement the recommended action for the remainder of FY 2017-18 is approximately $86,800, and the annualized cost is approximately $269,400. The department will offset the cost of this position by deleting one vacant Psychiatrist III position added as part of the FY 2017-18 Adopted Budget to serve the same purpose.
