There were several projects originally included in the original “Elmwood ADA Improvements” project that are being delivered. Having several distinct projects under one has been complicated to manage. Ergo, to allow for better management and project accountability, the Facilities and Fleet Department (FAF) recommends a new project be established solely for the “Elmwood ADA Path of Travel” scope of the work.
