Approval of the recommended action would not require modification to the FY 19/20 Adopted Budget for Santa Clara Valley Medical Center (SCVMC) or Custody Health Services (CHS).  The funds required to support the recommended agreement are already included in the budget for Services and Supplies in SCVMC, supported by cost recovery revenue budgeted in CHS.  The purchase of services, and related expense, would continue under the recommended agreement at approximately the level in prior years.
