Approved an increase in the Supplemental Work Allowance (SWA) for the Main Jail South Abatement, Demolition and Temporary Provisions Project.

An increase in the SWA is required to authorize additional spending on the contract and will allow for the procurement and installation of generator wiring, a final generator power connection, and additional asbestos abatement. The current SWA of $4,000,000 has been committed for the change from temporary to permanent generators and unforeseen conditions to date.
