The Elmwood Men’s Housing ADA Improvements Project provides further American Disabilities Act (ADA) improvements to the M4, M5, and M8 housing units by making three percent of these units ADA accessible. Approval of the action will allow for the design of modifications, and the development of construction documents, related to these improvements as described in the ADA expert report and some of the Jail Reform recommendations.
