Approval of the PSA with AECOM would allow for the development of the Design Bridging Documents that will be used for the solicitation of the final design and construction contract entity for the new Design-Build Jail facility. Additionally, the PSA has capacity and scope for construction administration support services after the design-build contract is awarded.
