To support the New Main Jail Facility, the assistance of a construction management firm with experience in jail construction including lessons learned would greatly support the development of the bridging documents which includes:

• The project requirements;
• The basis for bids and the design-build contract;
• Identification technical issues, risks, and project constraints including site logistics, laydown areas, etc.;
• Conveyance of lifecycle criteria;
• Avoidance of unnecessary owner commitments;
• Maximization of innovation opportunities; and
• Establishment of quality criteria.
