Pursuant to Board Policy 3.64.1, the Board is required to use a competitive solicitation process, administered by the Clerk of the Board in consultation with County Counsel, to a select an independent contractor to perform the functions of the Office of Correction and Law Enforcement Monitoring (OCLEM). The Board approved a Request for Proposal (RFP) package for this purpose on June 5, 2018, and the solicitation process is currently underway. To move forward with the process and adhere to the timeline set forth in the RFP, the Clerk of Board and County Counsel seek direction from the Board regarding the Evaluation Committee that will provide input to the Board regarding the RFP finalists.
